TAMPA, FL – On July 16, supporters, community leaders, business owners, neighborhood advocates, and residents from across Tampa gathered for Gary Hartfield’s 100 for 100 Reception—an evening centered on conversation, connection, and a shared vision for the future of our city.
With a packed room and an atmosphere filled with optimism, attendees heard firsthand why Gary believes Tampa’s best days are still ahead. Hosted at Hotel Alba, community leaders shared personal stories about Gary’s character, leadership, and commitment to serving others before Gary outlined his vision for a city built on opportunity, collaboration, and accountability.
More than anything, the evening demonstrated something powerful: Tampa is ready for fresh leadership and a renewed vision for what’s possible.
The event wasn’t just about launching a campaign—it was about launching a movement.
Hartfield said the goal is to build this campaign with the community, not just for the community. “The conversations we had throughout the evening reinforced what I’ve been hearing across our city: people are ready to come together around solutions that move Tampa forward,” he stated.
